With Kuberaa now running successfully in theatres, director Sekhar Kammula seems to have found some relief after handling such a massive pan-India project.
As is his routine, he plans to take a short break to relax with his family and team before starting his next script.
There’s growing buzz that Sekhar might team up with Nani for his next film. Even before Kuberaa’s release, the director had hinted that they had met and discussed a potential collaboration.
While some reports speculate another large-scale pan-India project, close sources suggest that’s unlikely. Since Kuberaa didn’t make much noise outside the Telugu market, Sekhar Kammula may return to what he does best, emotional, rooted Telugu dramas.
Whether it’s a project with Nani or a fresh youthful story like Happy Days or Fidaa, fans are eager to see what Kammula comes up with next after his short break.
