Akhil Akkineni got a dream debut in Tollywood, with VV Vinayak directing his debut film, and actor Nithiin producing the film. While there were massive expectations on the film, prior to its release, it turned out to be a major dud upon its release, turning out to be a major disaster in the industry itself. Akhil struggled for a few years before he could deliver success.
Akhil finally tasted success with last year’s Most Eligible Bachelor, written and directed by Bommarillu Bhaskar. The film took a long time to complete and be released, as it was plagued by several problems, including script reworks. The film even went for re-several shoots before it was ready for release. All in all, Akhil managed to score a hit, despite the many troubles he had faced during the shooting.
Now, Akhil is once again facing troubles with his upcoming film, Agent, directed by Surender Reddy. The script was said to be perfect in the beginning, and the team even went abroad recently but returned within no time. The reason for this is being stated that Nagarjuna was reportedly not happy with the way the script shaped up, due to which he asked the script be rewritten, causing the delay.
