Seema Sajdeh says appearing on Alliance with her ex-husband Sohail Khan was a positive experience. The former couple who divorced in 2022 after 24 years of marriage stayed in the same house during the reality show.
Seema said they have moved on from the much difficult phase of their separation and now share a strong friendship while raising their two sons together.
She honestly believes they are better friends than they were as a married couple.
Speaking about the show Seema said many contestants focused only on winning tasks while she felt the real game was about building emotional bonds and trust.
She also stressed that being honest and staying true to yourself is much more important than creating unnecessary fights or drama just to increase TV ratings and attract attention.
