Satyadev’s upcoming web series Arabia Kadali is set to stream on Amazon Prime Video from August 8th. The trailer was recently released and it hints at a storyline same as Naga Chaitanya’s recent hit film Thandel.
The series revolves around Telugu fishermen who accidentally cross into Pakistani waters and end up in serious trouble.
The emotional journey, along with the romantic angle between Satyadev and actress Aanandhi closely mirrors the love story seen in Thandel between Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi.
The series consists of eight episodes and is written by renowned director Krish while Surya Kumar has handled the direction.
Though it’s unclear whether Arabia Kadali was developed earlier or inspired by the same real-life incident as Thandel, the series aims to offer a raw and realistic experience.
With its intense subject and strong performances, Arabia Kadali is expected to grab attention when it premieres on Amazon.
