Sankalp Reddy at loggerheads with PVP?

PVP Cinema has come with a promise of making better and wholesome films for Telugu audience. The production house did come up with films like Oopiri, Kshanam living up to that reputation. But their gamble to produce Bhramostvam with Mahesh Babu failed at box office and that seems to have cost them some reputation. Still, last year they made Ghazi and proved that they will standby meaningful and different cinema.

But the production house is looking to lodge a case against Ghazi director, Sankalp Reddy now. The young director is under a contract to do his next film after Ghazi with the production house but he took his next project to Rajeev Reddy and Krish. They are producing his Space thriller and the movie, has Varun Tej, Aditi Rao Hydari as leads. Soon, the movie shoot is expected to start in Hyderabad.

PVP Cinema, now wants the director to either adhere to the contract and give them a proper explanation. The young director did not react to this news and for PVP Cinema, this is nothing new. They previously filed cases against Shruthi Haasan and Vamshi Paidipally, with similar reasons. We have to wait and see, how will this new controversy end. Well, if PVP Cinema and Rajeev Reddy come to an understanding, they can make the Space thriller as a combined production.
