Director Krish became a producer to support himself and his unconventional scripts. Kanche became a good start and he went on to produce and direct, Gautamiputra Satakarni with his brother and friend, Rajeev Reddy. Now, he converted that into a production house that will support new ideas and young talent. Antariksham 9000 kmph in the direction of Sankalp Reddy is coming in their production. They released the trailer of the film on Sunday, 9th December and held a big event at AMB, Hyderabad.
At the event, Krish said, “We need heroes who can come forward and accept such different ideas. There are 100s of scripts like these but actors are very less. I thank Varun for trusting in our vision and taking up this film in our banner. If chances are given to young directors like Sankalp they can make another Baahubali.”
Allu Aravind said, “Varun is a rare piece in our family. He knows all the commercial cinema benefits but yearns to do something different every time. I am always interested in his movie selection. Geetha Govindam might have worked but these kinds of films will bring more innovation into the Film Industry. They should work at the box office. I am pleased to see Krish trying so hard to push the boundaries as a producer.”
Rangasthalam director Sukumar attended as a special guest and he praised Sankalp Reddy and said that Krish used to say we should assist Sankalp. “After looking at the teaser, I believe it is true. I am trying hard to make one believable commercial film that is unconventional but Sankalp made a space film in six months. I am proud of his commitment and efficiency. I hope this movie becomes a huge success and TFI is going to space now. I can’t state with words how excited, I am,” said Sukumar. Anthariksham movie is releasing on 21st December.
