Sanjay Dutt – Villain Extraordinaire in the South

Sanjay Dutt is now the most wanted actor in the South. There was a time when he avoided considering the offers coming from the South, but now, he prefers more films down the South. His memorable performance as Adhira in “KGF 2” introduced him to South Indian audiences, opening doors for him to play compelling villainous characters in more films.

Director Lokesh Kanagaraj has cast Sanjay Dutt as the villain in his upcoming movie, “Leo,” which is part of his cinematic universe. In “Leo,” Sanjay Dutt portrays the character of Antony Das, and the film is set to release on Dussehra. There is huge hype around Sanjay’s character, and he is confident of tasting a big success in Kollywood.

Sanjay Dutt is not limiting himself to just one language in the South. After Kannada and Tamil, he is set to debut as a villain in Tollywood with Puri Jagannath’s “Double iSmart.” While he made a guest appearance in a Telugu film alongside Nagarjuna, his role in “Double iSmart” will see him in a full-fledged antagonist role.

Now, there are reports about the actor being considered for the villain’s role in Ajith Kumar’s next film. The makers are busy finalizing the cast, and Sanjay Dutt is the front-runner for the film already.
