Sanjay Dutt advised Aishwarya Rai not to Continue in Bollywood !

Sanjay Dutt and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan met during a picture shoot in 1993, and the actor counselled her against doing films.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan embodies beauty. She may be equated with the word. Even Sanjay Dutt has been known to be blown away by her beauty at one point. She is still regarded as the most beautiful woman on earth. Aish was one of the most popular models in B-town in 1993. She had not yet appeared in films. The two initially met when she worked with Sanjay Dutt on a picture shoot for a magazine.

While Sanju was modest enough to recognise the actor while watching her in a Pepsi Ad, Aish refused to know the actor personally. Even more shocking, he admitted that his sisters know her and like her. He acknowledged that his sister Priya and Namrata Dutt also think Aishwarya is quite attractive while praising Aish’s beauty.

Sanjay Dutt was questioned about his initial thoughts upon seeing a woman as stunning as Aishwarya in the advertisement. He asked, “Who is that lovely woman?” According to the magazine, Aish flushed slightly when she heard the compliment. Dutt counselled Aish to stay with what she was doing and steer out of the film industry in the same interview.

Talking further Dutt said, “When you come into this glamour industry, it starts changing you, maturing you, that innocence is lost. That beautiful side that she has right now on her face will disappear. Because she has to handle the film world right and that is not easy to do.” He even elaborated on the cut-throat competition and said, “It’s competitive. It’s like Man I have to look better than that, I’ve gotta be there.’ You know you climb two steps and there will be like 500 people pulling you down five steps. And you become hard. And those beautiful qualities are gone.”

I guess that’s true, the Ponniyin Selvan actress replied in agreement with her Shabd co-star. You have to deal with so many things, I suppose that does make you more resilient. However, Dutt believed that Aishwarya might be broken by his perspective on achievement and failure.

It’s too professional, there are no feelings in this job, according to Dutt. You must be aware that nobody will support you if you are struggling. And everyone will be around you if you are. When everyone is there, things are handled differently. But when you’re by yourself, it’s hard to believe that they’ve lost interest in you.

Aishwarya Rai acknowledged that she was receiving offers from the business but declined them because she did not want to pursue a career in film just because it was the next step after modelling. She was given the chance to make her acting debut in Raja Hindustani, but she turned it down in favour of Mani Ratnam’s 1997 film Iruvar. In the same year, she made her Hindi film debut alongside Bobby Deol in Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya.
