Tollywood Daring Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga has been actively promoting his latest film, “Animal,” and discussing his upcoming project, “Spirit” with Prabhas in recent post-release interviews. However, his comments about “Spirit” have left fans a bit confused.
Before the release of “Animal,” Vanga mentioned to Gulte.com that he had the idea for “Spirit” but needed to write the complete draft. Additionally, his music composer, Harshavardan Rameshwar, confirmed that Vanga had promised to narrate the final story of “Spirit” to him by May 2024.
Yet, in a recent interview, Vanga suggested that “Spirit” was almost ready, with only the action sequences left to be prepared. Fans are wondering when he found time, both before and after “Animal,” to work on the “Spirit” script. Meanwhile, “Animal” has been dominating the box office, grossing over ₹540 crores from the Indian box office alone within 30 days of its release.
Despite facing tough competition from films like Prabhas‘ “Salaar” and Shah Rukh Khan‘s “Dunki,” “Animal” continues to generate a daily collection of over ₹1 crore nett. Vanga’s success with “Animal” contrasts with the uncertainty and conflicting statements surrounding the progress of his next venture, “Spirit,” leaving fans eagerly anticipating more clarity regarding the film’s development.
