Samantha and Naga Chaitanya got married to each other in a fairytale-esque wedding in October 2017. Ever since they got married, the whole world has been waiting to hear about her pregnancy. A couple of days ago, rumours about her pregnancy once again rose its head high on social media. Recently, it was reported that she opted out of Tamil film Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal, which starred Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara. Many reported that she opted out of the project because she got pregnant. However, Samantha’s team hasn’t opened up about the rumours.
On March 6, Samantha took to Instagram to share stories of her gym session. She said that she is back at the gym and showcased her Sumo weight lifting skills. The latest videos suggest that she is not pregnant and quashed the pregnancy rumours in style. Samantha’s team hasn’t confirmed whether she has backed out of Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal or not. The film was touted to be a love story that is directed by Vignesh Shivan of Podaa Podi and Thaanaa Serndha Kootam fame. Meanwhile, Samantha has signed a Tamil Telugu bilingual film (a true blue horror film) with director Ashwin Saravanan.
