There are several actors in the Indian film industry who are given huge paycheques, based on their box office stamina, and their ability to pull the crowds to the theatres. Bollywood actors often draw the highest, when compared to other actors of other industries, as their market is greater, spanning the entire country.
So far, Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar have been the only two actors in the country to have taken home a remuneration above Rs. 100 Crores. Now, yet another name is being added to this list, in the form of Young Rebel Star Prabhas. Prabhas has several films lined up, and he is charging a good amount for each of them.
According to the latest reports, Prabhas is being paid a whopping Rs. 150 Crores for his 25th film Spirit, being directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. There are huge expectations on the film, which is said to feature Kareena Kapoor Khan in a negative role. On the other hand, Prabhas’s upcoming film, Radhe Shyam, is all set to release for Sankranthi next year, among huge expectations.
