Salmaan Khan on not Releasing 4 Films in a Year

Fans of Akshay Kumar voiced their opinions after Salman Khan explained in a previous interview why releasing four films annually is not a smart idea.

When the star began to rule the box office, Akshay Kumar was once referred to as the superstar of the industry. They claimed he had the Midas touch because every movie in which he appeared had fantastic box office results. Salman Khan, a superstar, presided over the number game before Akshay Kumar, and he still does.

The box office success of Bhaijaan’s flicks transcends critics’ opinions. Something that Akshay gradually gained and quickly lost. However, there does appear to be a cause for this diminished allure, and we wonder whether this statement made by the Tiger star during one of his interviews is it.

Salman Khan talked about why actors shouldn’t make four films a year in an interview from the era of Wanted and Dabangg. Akshay Kumar achieved a milestone in recent years, won the match, but ultimately lost badly the previous year.

Khan celebrity was seen speaking with a journalist in an interview and explaining why releasing four films in a calendar year is not a good idea.He told the journalist, “It is very, very difficult for your fans to go watch 4 films in a salary of two months when 4 films are coming out in a span of 2 months.”

When he was asked if it is a superstar like him whose film releases in such a short span he denied the formula and said, “No matter how much you love a film star, a movie star, he is just a movie star. You go and watch his movie if you have the extra money and yet you go through your college, your dates, your food, your food, supporting your family, and all that.”

Salman Khan concluded, “I wanted a gap of at least 3-4 months between films.” After watching this clip, Redditors only remembered Akshay Kumar who used to release four films a year till the time he had four big debacles in the year 2022 with Bachchan Pandey, Ram Setu, Raksha Bandhan, and Samrat Prithviraj.

A user mocked, “Akshay likes the venture capitalist model. Invest in 5 companies and it doesn’t matter if 4 fail as long as one is super successful – make 5 films and it doesn’t matter if 4 flop as long as one is a super hit.”

The Hera Pheri star was defended by someone who said, “But still Akshay films opened well, The ones with buzz. Star + intrigue = effective opening. Another person responded by saying, “The movie finishes its run in two weeks. BP opened with 13 billion but only made 50 billion. It opens with that number because he overmarkets his films, but what good is that? gave four calamities in a row.

Another remark described how Akshay Kumar had already admitted that he saw acting as merely another job. “It just struck me because of something Akshay said on Koffee with Karan,” the comment stated. He sees making films as nothing more than a job. He arrives on time, performs his duties, and then leaves.
