Salim-Sulaiman Made a Big Revelation About Hit Song Ainvayi Ainvayi from Band Baaja Baarat !

Recently, the musical team Salim-Sulaiman unveiled Ainvayi. The director of Band Baaja Baaraat rejected Ainvayi.

When listening to the energetic song Ainvayi Ainvayi, every fan of Bollywood music is reminded of the tremendous energy of Ranveer Singh and Anushka Sharma from Band Baaja Baaraat. The music track by Salim-Sulaiman, a musical duet, did not, however, win over the film’s director.

Ranveer made his feature debut with Band Baaja Baaraat, Anushka’s second appearance. Due to its love subject with a dash of masala and drama, the movie quickly found its way into viewers’ hearts once it was released.

Sulaiman and Salim spoke candidly about their challenges when trying to incorporate the track into the film during a recent interview. Salim responded, “That song was a reject,” after Sulaiman remarked, “In Ainvayi Ainvayi, if you hear the complete music production, the whole beat, with the words so brilliant. It was denied by the director. Ye gaana merko nahi samjhta (I don’t get this song),” he declared. Maneesh Sharma directed the movie for the uninitiated.

Salim said, “It was the director’s first film, the actor’s first feature. I had to beg producer Aditya Chopra to let it go. Because you occasionally just happen to make such tracks, I had to actually ask the producer. The composer said, “A week previously, I had been to a wedding in Delhi, and the afterparty of that wedding had incredibly amazing music. That wedding gave me the idea to write such a dancing number. I therefore believed that Band Baaja Baraat ought to play this genre of music.

Aditya Chopra made the final decision to take a chance and include the song in the film. Salim remembered the episode and stated, “Thankfully, the producer told the director, I don’t know what is going to happen to your film and your actor, but this song is a hit, let’s go with this song.'” The composer team also commended the producer for taking a chance and noted that moviemakers typically don’t take such a leap of faith and prefer to play it safe when it comes to creating films.

The CD by Band Baaja Baaraat was successful, and in the 2010s, Ainvayi Ainvayi attended every wedding. Ranveer Singh, who is now one of the biggest actors in the country, saw his career take off thanks to the film.
