It is well-established news that Shruti Haasan is playing the female lead role in Prabhas’ upcoming high voltage action saga, Salaar. Being directed by Prashant Neel of KGF fame, the film went on the sets eagerly this year and wrapped up its first schedule.
Meanwhile, sharing her working experience with Prabhas, Shruti Haasan in a recent web interview to one of the leading Bollywood social media platforms heaped praises on her co-star. When asked about her first interaction with Prabhas on the sets of Salaar, Shruti Haasan instantly said that he is a genuinely down to earth and a well-manager person.
Shruti Haasan also revealed that Prabhas is very comfortable with his pan-India image and used to pass positivity on the sets. Shruti concluded by saying that she is eagerly waiting to join the sets of Salaar as soon as the Covid situation comes to normalcy.
In Salaar, Shruti Haasan will be seen as a journalist. While Prabhas is playing the role of a gangster, Kannada actor Madhu Guruswamy will be seen in the antagonist role.
Vijay Kiragandur is bankrolling this pan-India project which is scheduled for a release on April 14, 2022. KGF fame Ravi Basrur is the music composer.
