Prabhas and director Prashant Neel’s high-voltage gangster drama, Salaar has wrapped up the shooting for its first schedule in February. Later, the makers have even announced that this pan-Indian film will hit the screens on April 14, 2022.
Currently, due to the prevailing Corona second wave circumstances, the film’s shooting was halted. As all the major films have already postponed their release dates, strong buzz circulating among media is the even Salaar makers will be re-scheduling the release date. But the latest news from inside sources reveals that director Prashant Neel is keen on resuming the film’s shooting soon after the Covid situation returns to normalcy and wraps up the filming at a fast pace without taking any schedule breaks by the end of February 2022.
Being bankrolled by Vijay Kiragandur, Salaar is being made with a massive budget. Shruti Haasan is the heroine. Ravi Basrur of KGF is composing the soundtracks.
