Saiyami Kher wishes to have Clean Sea Fronts post visarjan

Following the Ganesh Visarjans, Saiyami Kher has taken it upon herself to solve the issue of clean beaches.

Actress Saiyami Kher remarked, “It’s important we honour our traditions and culture while also respecting the need to save the environment.” Saiyami Kher has partnered with an NGO for a clean-up drive at Juhu Beach following Ganpati Visarjan.

The Bhamla Foundation, a group of committed volunteers renowned for their unwavering pursuit of environmental preservation, is a partner in this mission. During the holiday season, Mumbai’s beaches experience a significant inflow of pilgrims and revellers, making it difficult to maintain the cleanliness of these immaculate shoreline after Visarjan.
Saiyami Kher has taken it upon herself to deal with this problem and give back to the city she calls home. She has offered a stirring message for all Mumbaikars, highlighting the significance of environmental stewardship.

Saiyami Kher said, “Bappa will certainly not like seeing our beaches filled with litter post the festivities. I have worked with Afroz Shah who has been doing incredible work the last seven years. Very happy to join the Bhamla foundation this time.”

She added, “Our devotion should extend to preserving the beauty of our city and its beaches. Let us join hands in this noble cause to keep our shores clean and thriving. It’s important we honour our traditions and culture while also respecting the need to save the environment.”

On the job front, Saiyami Kher most recently appeared in “Ghoomer” as Anina. She portrays a paraplegic athlete in the movie. Abhishek Bachchan, Shabana Azmi, and Angad Bedi play the film’s main characters, along with R Balki, who also wrote and directed it.

Anina (Saiyami), a teenage batting prodigy, loses her right hand in a tragic accident the day before she makes her international cricket debut. An callous, unsuccessful, and disillusioned player enters her life, inspires her with a new goal, and changes her destiny by giving her the most cutting-edge coaching to enable her to play for the Indian cricket team once more, this time as a bowler.
