Sai Pallavi more interested in content than glamour

Sai Pallavi emerged as one of the highly talented heroines in Telugu Cinema these days. Her Fidaa, Bhanumathi character has been liked by many audiences, especially youth and this has made her one of the most sought after actresses in Telugu Cinema right now.

But the actress has made it clear to many producers that she is not after money and she wants to be part of only those movies, that excite her with content. One of her close sources revealed, “Sai Pallavi has attained a name because she performed well in the character and she doesn’t want to be typecast or just do some glamour roles. Even if she ends up doimg fewer films, she wants to be part of some strong content oriented movies rather than those that explore her sensuality.”

The source also confirmed that the major reason behind her walking out of movies like Cheliyaa by Mani Ratnam is the same. Even though she is considered a top actress in Malayalam after Premam, she only did Kali with Dulquer Salmaan after that and now, she is also debuting in Tamil, with Kanam directed by A.L. Vijay. As off now, Sai Pallavi is doing two telugu films, one with Nani, MCA and the other one will be announced soon.
