Earlier, a video about the Indian Army was twisted to make it seem like she supported Pakistan. Her comments on Indian traditions were also misrepresented.
She faced heavy trolling when she was announced as Sita in Ramayana. Recently an old interview about her Tamil roots created fresh controversy.
Pallavi clarified that she respects all languages and industries. She is currently working on Ramayana, Ek Din, Kalki 2 and a film with Dhanush.
