Sai Kumar is said to be really upset about the way his son’s career is shaping up. He had invested truckloads of money in his son Aadi’s film Garam which sunk at the box office without leaving a trace. The film was delayed for a good number of months and when it did come out it failed to make any mark. The veteran actor had a lot of faith in the filmmaker, Madan and the way the film shaped up. However the way the filmmaker narrated the story and directed it did not rake in the moolah for Garam. The movie turned out to be plain and simply boring. It is said that Sai Kumar incurred a loss of around Rs 2 crore with the flick.
Sai Kumar has reportedly lost over 2 crore in Garam. The hopes of the father-son duo is now pinned on the movie Chuttalabbayi. The project is being helmed by Veera Bhadram whose last film was Bhai. If this movie turns out to be a big hit, then Aadi’s career might just get a much needed lease of life.
