The equations between the actors and directors change overnight as the decisions are more based on the scripts and the box office potential of the proposed ideas. Similarly, Tirumala Kishore and Nani, had parted ways after the young director waited long for an answer from the actor. The actor after listening to the story felt that he doesn’t want to do such film, at this point of time and asked him to come back with another script it seems.
Tirumala Kishore earlier had to wait over a year trying to work with Venkatesh, but that movie got shelved after the script could not be finalized. Similarly, here too, his script did not get finalized and he had to wait for many days for the actor’s time. The director made two films, Nenu Shailaja and Vunnadi Okate Zindagi, with Ram Pothineni as hero. First one, became a huge hit for Ram, while the second one remained an average grosser.
The director approached with a new story, Sai Dharam Tej and the young actor agreed to work with him it seems. A source in the know, revealed, “The actor is looking for a change in his image and as the current formula films are not yielding many dividends, he decided to work with different directors. When Tirumala Kishore, approached him, he agreed for that reason and the movie could go on floors with Gopichand Malineni’s film after the completion of Karunakaran’s film.” As they say, if one door closes another one opens!!
