Sai Dharam Tej has been seen close to Regina Cassandra for sometime after their first film, Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham released. Both acted in Subramanyam For Sale, which became a hit as well.
They both got the name as a hit pair and their closeness gave life to many rumours. Suddenly, they maintained distance from each other and Regina is now not doing any films in Telugu as she had many failures, in recent times.
Sai Dharam Tej expressed repentance over missing out on a good friendship they shared. He said, “I used to be close to actress as well as many from my first film. People misunderstood that and as the rumours grew, I decided to maintain distance from her!
This resulted in us losing the friendship and I feel regret about it. But as they whatever happens for good, I don’t really feel hard about it,” concluded the actor. His latest Chitralahari directed by Tirumala Kishore is releasing on 12th April, with Kalyani Priyadarshan and Nivetha Pethuraj as lady leads.
