Sai Dharam Tej has taken a long break from work and turned down several film offers. He recently started shooting for his next movie.

After an accident he gained weight during his recovery but even though he lost some weight later he has put on more again.

He is now working on a period drama set before Independence which is the most expensive film of his career. In this movie he will reveal a new look with six pack abs.

He is focusing on his abs and following a strict diet. He will shoot the scenes showcasing his abs once he achieves his goal.

This film is directed by Rohit, marking his debut and produced by Niranjan Reddy’s Primeshow Entertainments.

Aishwarya Lekshmi plays the lead role and a large village set has been built for the film with most of the shooting taking place there.
