VV Vinayak scored a big blockbuster with Khaidi No150 after Akhil and Alludu Seenu disappointments. The director has been long in talks with many medium range producers and actors to make his next movie. The director did not want to take a big hero for his next and prove that he is still quite the talent as Khaidi success has been credited to Megastar Chiranjeevi.
There have been many rumours that the movie will be with Sai Dharam Tej and many have also said that the actor is not looking to team up with the director as he feels he is too old and outdated. But putting all such baseless rumours to rest, the actor and director announced their collaboration.
The movie title is yet to be confirmed. Lavanya Tripati as been confirmed as the lead actress and the movie is scheduled to start shooting in 2018. Currently, the actor is busy shooting for his Jawaan in BVS Ravi direction and already have dates for Dil Raju’s next production after Duvvada Jagannadam.
