Even though she got many offers from film industry, she never took them seriously, until recently.With Soggade Chinni Nayana becoming a success and giving her a successful launch, she proved her worth as an actor in Kshanam with a meaty antagonist role as a cop. Since then many youngsters are waiting to see her on silver screen again besides their favourite actors. She got busy with her Television commitments as an anchor and accepting only few offers from the industry.
She accepted to shake a leg with Sai Dharam Tej for Winner and busy with the song shooting in Ukraine with the young Mega hero. She is finding it a bit difficult to match the speed with him but the song is coming out great it seems. Gopichand Malineni, the director of the movie is extremely happy with the progress and he wants to complete the remaining shoot too in a month or two.The movie is slated for a Feb release. Veligonda Srinivas has given the story. Sreedhar Seepana and Abburi Ravi have given dialogues to the movie. Nallamallapu Bujji and Tagore Madhu are producing the movie. Rakul Preet Singh is busy wrapping her part of the shooting in Ukraine with the unit.
