She was 86 years old and breathed her last at her home in Bengaluru. Family members including Prakash Raj, rushed to be with her. Her last rites will be held this evening in Bengaluru.
Prakash Raj also has a brother, Prasad Raj who was once an actor. Over the years Prakash Raj has won many awards and was once the highest-paid character artist in Indian cinema.
