Actor Prabhas has become the most sought after star of Indian Cinema with Baahubali franchise. While the first one got him close to Hindi markets, the second one made him one among the popular stars. Hus craze in Telugu Cinema has increased by double and his fame in Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam is also high as Baahubali. His acting skills, stunts and all the above Amarendra Baahubali characterisation, got him even closer to the mass audience.
Taking this into account, his home production UV Creations, changed their plans of making a crisp action film to another larger than life action drama that will be a worthy successor to his name after Baahubali. The movie named Saaho, will be directed by Run Raja Run fame, Sujeeth Sign. The movie is said to be made on a large scale production, at a budget of 150 crores in two languages, Telugu and Hindi. The movie will also release in Tamil and Malayalam. The actor is currently, in USA enjoying his vacation after working long on Baahubali continuously for four years.
The latest scoop is that Saaho, the high octane police drama, got an unprecedented offer of 350 crores from Eros International for distribution rights. The movie is planned for a huge release in 2018 Summer and producers are thinking about collaborating with a big studio to distribute the film properly all over India. So they are considering such an offer and talks are going on between the executives of both parties. The movie shoot is expected to start in June in Dubai and major actress from Bollywood is in talks with the producers to play the female lead.
