Varun Tej is teaming up with his sister Niharika Konidela for the first time as she produces his upcoming film.
Directed by Yadhu Vamsi of Committee Kurrollu fame, the movie will be launched today with a pooja ceremony. Titled Bhari, the film is based on volleyball and the shoot will begin soon. Varun Tej is set to undergo a physical transformation and lose weight to play a sportsman.
The film has the same technical team as Committee Kurrollu. The female lead will be announced soon.
Set in a rural backdrop and the shoot will be wrapped up quickly, with a planned release for Sankranthi 2027.
Anudeep Dev is composing the music. Meanwhile, Varun Tej is finishing Korean Kanakaraju, which will release soon.
