Runtime locked for Akhanda

Nandamuri Balakrishna and director Boyapati Seenu’s much-awaited action drama, Akhanda is all set for a December 2nd release date. As the release date is nearing, the team is busy wrapping up the post-production activities.

A couple of days back we had reported that the film will go for a censor clearance on November 19th. As said, yesterday Akhanda wrapped up the censor formalities and sources reveal that the film got U/A certificate for the CBFC. Meanwhile, the latest news is that the film’s runtime is locked as 2 hours 47 minutes. Though the screen time looks quite lengthy, considering the film’s genre, the above runtime is not an issue for the movie, say sources.

Also starring Pragya Jaiswal as the female lead, Akhanda also has Srikanth in a negative role. Poorna and Jagapathi Babu will be seen in key characters. Produced by Miryala Ravinder Reddy, Thaman is the music composer for this actioner.
