Rukmini Vasanth: A Promising Star Reaching New Heights

Rukmini Vasanth is celebrating her 29th birthday today December 10th. In just a few years she has become one of the most promising and known actresses in South Indian cinema.

She has acted with big stars and will soon be seen with NTR in his upcoming action thriller. Rukmini was born in Bangalore to a Kannada speaking family.

Her father, Colonel Vasanth Venugopal was a brave Army officer who lost his life in 2007 and was the first Ashoka Chakra awardee from Karnataka. Her mother, Subhashini Vasanth is a respected Bharatanatyam dancer.

After studying in Army schools Rukmini completed her acting degree from RADA in London. She began her film journey in 2019 with Birbal Trilogy.

Her major break came with Sapta Saagaradaache Ello (2023). Since then she has delivered strong performances across Telugu and Tamil films.
