Rajamouli is infamous for taking his own time to finish shooting for a film. While the end product is more than satisfactory, the actors involved in the project often get limited because of the extensive and prolonged period of time they need to be committed to just one film.
NTR and Ram Charan have been committed to RRR for over 2 years now, and the film has been getting postponed regularly, due to the coronavirus pandemic. The shooting for the film has now finally come down to 20 days, but there’s a lot of post-production work that needs to be done on the film for it to be ready to be released. This is expected to take quite some time, and some are even saying that it may not be possible to release the film for Sankranthi 2022.
While the release of the RRR remains unclear, it is being said that NTR and Ram Charan have been given the green signal to move on to their next projects, by Rajamouli. NTR is said to be eager to start shooting for his film with Koratala Siva, while Ram Charan is said to be eager to start shooting for Shankar’s film. It is being said that Rajamouli has given his permission for NTR and Ram Charan to start shooting for the next from August. This is a huge relief for the actors, who have not been able to do anything else in all this time.
