Released on March 25th, India’s top director SS Rajamouli’s pre-independence patriotic drama, RRR completed 50-day run at the box office. As per the trade reports, the film has emerged as the new all-time industry hit in twin Telugu states.
Reportedly, the film has performed well in all Indian versions as well but didn’t cross the full run collection of the 2017 visual wonder, Baahubali 2. Despite a solid run by KGF Chapter 2 at the ticket windows from the second week of April, RRR managed to sustain at the box office by generating decent revenues from its third week.

The total pre-release business for RRR is done for a whopping Rs 492 crore and should collect Rs 500 crore to achieve the break-even target. Reportedly, by the end of its 50-day run, RRR has collected a worldwide share of Rs 606. 99 with a gross of Rs 1131 crore. Though the film emerged as the biggest blockbuster, it failed to cross the overall collections of Baahubali 2. The film collected a whopping gross of Rs 1783 crore at the Indian box office.
