Independence Day 2024 will see the release of Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again, starring Ajay Devgn and including cameo appearances by Akshay Kumar and Ranveer Singh.
With the Singham threequel, dubbed Singham Again, Rohit Shetty is prepared to revive the enchantment of his flying vehicles, gunshots, and superhuman cops. The movie is getting ready to recapture Ajay Devgn’s enchantment as Bajirao Singham, the tough cop who planted the seeds for the cop universe that has since sprouted from Shetty’s hometown. The anticipation for the upcoming Cop Universe episode has been stoked by an intriguing update.
In a recent interview, Rohit Shetty revealed details about the movie’s production. Jackie Shroff was cast as the film’s antagonist, according to earlier rumours that the movie was based on India-Pakistan terrorist organisations. The next project for Shetty, who is currently working on the cop drama Indian Police Force alongside Siddharth Malhotra and Shilpa Shetty, is Singham 3.
Singham The Cop trio—Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, and Ranveer Singh—will once more appear in the film, with the Tanhaji actor playing the protagonist. This time, the movie would feature elaborate stunts and massive action. In a recent interview Rohit Shetty said, “I am excited for making Singham. I am excited because you will see a different Singham in the film this time. It’s huge, the script has turned out well. It’s unique and it is the most loved character that I know. I am excited that Ajay and I are coming back together on Singham Again.”
Interesting rumours also suggest that Akshay Kumar may make a lengthy cameo appearance in the movie as his Sooryavanshi alter ego. The movie will, however, surpass Sooryavanshi in scope. Rohit Shetty had previously guaranteed the same source in an interview, “We are very excited for Singham Again because the script has turned out well. It is larger than life. We took it to a different level in Sooryavanshi and this is like 10 times bigger than Sooryavanshi. The kind of scripting that has happened and the kind of story it is… it’s something.”
With the release of Singham Again, Ajay Devgn will make his long-anticipated comeback as his angry young man alter ego. Rohit Shetty intends to empower his Cop Universe with a female-led cop movie after the success of Post Singham Again, and it has been revealed that Deepika Padukone will portray the cop in the universe. It will therefore eventually be Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, and Deepika Padukone in a single movie when she joins the Cop Universe. That’s how you work together, and you don’t even have to pretend to be a superhero. There have also been numerous rumours about a young police officer entering the Universe, who may either be Vicky Kaushal or Siddharth Malhotra.
Regarding the box office results, Rohit Shetty recently acknowledged that his comedy flick Cirkus, which has been his lone flop recently, made some serious errors. Or, we suppose, from the advent without Zameen! Currently, Singham, Singham Returns, Simmba, and Sooryavanshi have brought in a combined total of 679 crores for his cop universe, and Singham Again might help the Cop Universe into the 1000 crore club. With such a large star ensemble, the picture has to make only 321 crore, thus this does not seem like a far-off ambition.
Singham Again, which is set for release on July 4th 2024, is anticipated to begin production as soon as Indian Police Force is finished.
