Although the film has become unnecessarily long, Karan should have worked on its screenplay in a better way. Some scenes seem unnecessary at many places, they could have been removed. Many times in the first half, it seems where the story is going. The second half keeps the story tied, if the second half was made a little more, then by increasing the emotional scenes and the scenes giving the message, the first half was made smaller, then the film could have become even more spectacular.
Verdict: Talking about the music of the film, Pritam has given good music. The background score is decent at most places, while the older songs add a funky feel. Overall, Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt starrer this film is enough to make the weekend fun.
