Fans and celebrities are mourning the sudden death of comedian Robo Shankar, who passed away on September 18 at the age of 46 due to health complications.
Many fans wondered why his “second daughter” wasn’t seen during his last rites, but Robo Shankar had only one daughter, Indraja Shankar, with his wife Priyanka Shankar.
The girl appearing in several social media posts with the family is actually Indhu Sivaraman, the daughter of Robo Shankar’s brother.
She lived with Robo Shankar’s family for over eight years after college and often shared special moments with them online. After his passing, she posted a heartfelt tribute calling him “chithapa”.
Robo Shankar had recently recovered from jaundice and was working on comeback films when he collapsed on set. He was admitted to GEM Hospital in critical condition with multiorgan failure.
Despite intensive medical care, he could not be saved, leaving fans, friends and family heartbroken.
