Rishab Shetty became a superstar with the Kantara franchise where he acted and also directed both films. The movies turned into huge blockbusters bringing big profits that he shared with Hombale Films.
After this success, Rishab Shetty received many offers and has now signed two Telugu films. He is fully focused on these projects, but his remuneration demand has come as a surprise to many.
Despite being offered a profit-sharing model, Rishab Shetty is reportedly asking for a fee of Rs. 80 crore per film. He will be seen in Prasanth Varma’s Jai Hanuman, produced by Mythri Movie Makers.
He has also signed a period drama for Sithara Entertainments directed by Ashwin Gangaraju. The pre-production work for both films is currently in progress.
Rishab has decided to work only on these two projects this year.
