Richa Chadha Opens Up On Recovery And Resuming Work

Actress Richa Chadha has returned to work after almost two years and her daughter Zuni is joining her on set. Richa shared a heartfelt Instagram post talking about motherhood, recovery and how hard it was to get back to work.

She said she wanted to return earlier but her body and mind were not ready. She also mentioned dealing with mental health struggles and some painful betrayals in the industry.

Richa posted a cute video of Zuni sitting on her lap and trying to apply makeup while she got ready for her shot.

She also shared photos with her close group of actress friends, calling them her support system. Richa explained that Zuni means ‘moon’ in Kashmiri.

She ended her note saying she doesn’t want to treat social media like work and prefers sharing only when it feels right.
