The fact that Ramu has quite a penchant for young starlets is well-known. There have been many such pretty chicas in filmi duniya whom he has managed to floor with his charm. He might be 53-year-old but that does not stop him from flirting and forming liasons with younger actresses.

The grapevine has it that that Varma has forged quite the ‘special bond’ with T’town starlet Poonam Kaur. The two seem to be having quite a great time together.  The friendship started on the sets of RGV’s film, Attack in which Poonam is playing the baddie. Reportedly her role is substantial enough to give her lacklusture career a new lease of life.

The sources from the unit revealed that the two got along like a house on fire from the start. Now if it is something serious or a filmimg-time fling, we will only know later.
