Revanth Reddy Unveils Big Plans To Make Hyderabad A Global Film Hub

Telangana CM Revanth Reddy has promised to make Hyderabad a global hub for the film industry. He said that with full support from the TFI, he would even bring Hollywood productions to shoot in the city.

Comparing the movie industry to the IT and Pharma sectors, he assured that the government would work for the welfare of film workers.

Revanth Reddy made these announcements at a felicitation event held at Yousufguda Police Grounds by the Telugu Film Industry Employees Federation and the 24 Crafts Union, thanking him for resolving the recent strike between producers and workers.

At the event, he acknowledged the struggles of film employees and announced a welfare fund of Rs. 10 crore for them. He also said movie ticket hikes would be allowed only if producers share 20% of profits with workers.

Additionally, he promised housing plots, good education for workers children and health benefits under Rajeev Arogyasree.
