Revanth Reddy Grants Permission To Erect NTR Statue

Nandamuri Mohanakrishna, son of the late Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao (NTR), along with NTR Literature Committee member Madhusudana Raju and Telangana State Agriculture Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao, met Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy to discuss plans for erecting a 100-foot statue of NTR in Hyderabad.

They proposed the establishment of an NTR Knowledge Center, envisioning it as a major tourist attraction.

During the meeting, the committee members explained the various cultural and literary activities undertaken over the past year and a half. They formally requested land allocation near the Outer Ring Road for the statue and the knowledge center.

In response, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy expressed his appreciation for their efforts, acknowledging NTR’s enduring legacy as a beloved actor and political leader for all Telugu people.

The Chief Minister agreed to allocate the requested land and fully supported the initiative. The NTR Literature Committee expressed its heartfelt gratitude to the Chief Minister.
