Liger starring Vijay Deverakonda in the titular role is one of the most awaited movies of the season. Directed by Puri Jagannadh, the film is all set for a pan-India release on August 25th.
Meanwhile, the latest news is that noted entertainment network Star Group has acquired the satellite and digital streaming rights of the film. Reportedly, the Star Group management has acquired Liger rights for a whopping of Rs 55 crore.
Co-starring Ananya Panday as the female lead, Liger is bankrolling by Karan Johar and Charmee jointly. The film also stars Hollywood actor Mike Tyson and Ramya Krishnan in key roles.
