Renu Desai motivates netizens to battle depression

Depression is the simplest and most complicated word. We are seeing many suicides because the youth are facing difficulty in battling depression. Actress Renu Desai in her recent chat session with her followers has given crucial advice about handling the pressure and depression.

“It’s not easy to handle depression. I knew the pain when some one we love the most leave us. It feels like a betrayal. However, one has come out of it. Nothing is more valuable than you and your life. suicide is not a solution when one is in depression. Talking with the family members will surely help, there are counseling sessions available. Friends are the other best option” says Renu Desai.

The actress is now working on a subject that points out the troubles farmers are facing these days. The movie will start rolling next year and an official confirmation will be made soon.
