A massive project in the combination of Mega Powerstar Ram Charan and ace director Shankar was formally announced a couple of months ago. Tentatively titled RC15, this Telugu-Tamil bilingual movie is going to be bankrolled by Dil Raju.
But as an unexpected development, director Shankar was served with legal notices from the Lyca Productions company for not completing their film, Indian 2. After hearing both side versions, the Madras High Court has ordered director Shankar to sort out the Indian 2 issue by sitting with the management of Lyca Productions.
Since then buzz has been circulating that Shankar will drop Ram Charan’s project for the time being and resume the shooting for Indian 2. But the latest news coming in from media circles is that Dil Raju and his team has been gearing up to erect a lavish house set for Ram Charan-Shankar’s film from next month in the outskirts of Hyderabad. Reportedly, the house set will be ready for a shoot by July end if everything goes as per the plan.
If the news is to be believed, it needs to be seen how Shankar clears all the mess involved in Indian 2 and takes Ram Charan’s project on the sets.
