Ravi Teja’s next takes Chiru classic as inspiration!

Chiranjeevi became Supreme Hero with Khaidi and built on that image with his hard work and good scripts to become Megastar of Telugu Cinema. From 1983, post Khaidi, till 1992, Gharana Mogudu, he increased his market strength step-by-step and did not face any slump. From 1993, he did face hard times till 1997. Even though he delivered big blockbusters and mega hits during that 9 year period, his several films did not find box office hit status and some of them later became classics on TV. Chantabbayi written and directed by Jandhyala, is such a classic.

Today’s generation of viewers adore the movie. Taking it as an inspiration, Bezawada Prasanna Kumar, writer of films like Hello Guru Prema Kosame, Cinema Choopistha Mama and Nenu Local, wrote a script that suits Ravi Teja, it seems. Director of those three movies, Trinadha Rak Nakkina, liked the script and pitched it to Ravi Teja, it seems. Whenever the new film shoots can start without fearing for Covid, then the movie will go on sets.
