The shooting for Ravi Teja’s upcoming action thriller, Khiladi is underway at a brisk pace. Being directed by Ramesh Varma, the film is scheduled for a May 28th release.
Meanwhile, the latest update is that director Ramesh Varma has been tested positive for the Novel Coronavirus. Confirming the same, Ramesh Varma tweeted ” Hello everyone…I have tested positive for #Covid19 and quarantined myself as a part of a safeguard measure. Please wear the mask and try not to go out unnecessarily! Stay safe guys, love you all”.
As Ramesh Varma is tested positive for Covid-19, the makers are in a tense mood. Reportedly, all the crew members went under self-isolation and the shooting was stalled. As the shooting was halted, the film may skip the already announced release date, say sources.
Co-starring Dimple Hayathi and Meekashi Choudhary as the female leads, Khiladi is produced by Koneru Satyanarayan. Devi Sri Prasad is the music composer.
