Ravi Teja, the proverbial mass Maharaja of Tollywood came back to the forefront after staying in the shades for more than a year. Be needed sometime off from the work and also factors like unfruitful discussions with producers and directors have also added to his long absence from the theatres. After listening to many scripts and spending quality time with his friends and family, Ravi Teja has decided to get back into the action without many brakes and the new announcements of his movies are going to hit the newsstands pretty soon it seems adding to the already announced two projects.
He completed a lengthy schedule for his Touch Chesi Chudu and soon will be joining the sets of Raja the great in the direction of Supreme, Pataas fame, Anil Ravipudi. The shooting of the movie will start in cool locales of Darjeeling. And the close sources to the actor have confirmed that the hero will be starring in several more projects slated for release by next year. One of them is Tamil Bogan, starring Jayam Ravi, Aravind Swami and Hansika Motwani, remake it seems.
As per the sources close to the team of Bogan Telugu producers, the original movie director Lakshman will be directing this movie and the script has been locked. They have made changes to the climax and few sequences also. Ravi Teja has accepted to play Jayam Ravi’s role and for Aravind Swami’s character, the search for a popular actor is still on. Also, the sources claimed that Aravind Swami too busy with his other commitments cannot be cast in same character for Telugu version also.
