Rashmika Mandanna is facing social media criticism after her speech at the Epic – First Semester trailer launch. She attended as the chief guest and spoke about Anand Devarakonda, Vaishnavi Chaitanya and the film.
Some netizens questioned her accent and speaking style with a few calling it a “fake accent”. Others felt she was acting even while speaking normally.
Rashmika has faced similar criticism earlier for her Hindi dialogue delivery. She has previously said that her accent is part of her identity.
Rashmika continues to work across Telugu, Hindi and other languages. She is currently among the busiest actresses in Indian cinema for sure.
Her next release is Ranabaali starring Vijay Devarakonda which is scheduled for Dasara.
