The much-awaited biopic on legendary Carnatic singer MS Subbulakshmi has been creating huge buzz for a long time. The makers are planning to present her inspiring life in a grand and authentic way for sure.
Sai Pallavi was initially considered for the lead role but reportedly opted out due to few date issues.
Now few reports suggest that Rashmika Mandanna has been finalized to play MS Subbulakshmi. The makers are expected to officially announce the project on September 16th, marking the singer’s birth anniversary.
Rukmini Vasanth was also reportedly considered earlier. The role will be a major challenge for Rashmika, as she must bring Subbulakshmi’s grace and personality to the screen.
Gowtam Tinnanuri is directing this crazy film.
