Rashmika Mandanna is taking on a challenging role as the lead in the female centric action film Mysaa.
Directed by Rawinder Pulle and the film follows a tribal woman who rebels after becoming frustrated with delayed justice.
The teaser has received a strong response, and the makers recently unveiled it before a huge crowd. Director Rawinder Pulle praised Rashmika for supporting his vision and taking risks for the action sequences.
Rashmika said every day on the sets brought a new challenge. She jokingly revealed that she was asked to jump from a 90-metre cliff, stay underwater for eight hours and walk barefoot across rough mountains.
Mysaa is a raw actioner and will release on November 27th.
