Rashmika Mandanna is making her global mark by teaming up with Walt Disney Pictures for their upcoming animated film Lilo & Stitch, releasing on May 23, 2025.
The pan-Indian star has been chosen as the official face of the movie in India and will lead its promotions across the country.
She recently posted a playful video on Insta transforming into Lilo, the young girl who bonds with the mischievous alien, Stitch.
The film will be released in multiple Indian languages, Telugu, Hindi, and Tamil, along with the original English version, and will be available in both 2D and 3D formats.
Directed by Dean Fleischer Camp, Lilo & Stitch has created a decent buzz, especially with Rashmika’s involvement drawing attention from her fans nationwide.
With Disney backing the project and Rashmika leading its Indian promotions, all eyes are on how the film will perform at the Indian box office.
