After the success of Baby, Anand Deverakonda is being very selective with his film choices. He is currently shooting for one project and has launched a new film today.
This new movie will be directed by 90s actor Aditya Haasan, and the pooja ceremony took place in Hyderabad. Rashmika Mandanna attended the event as the Chief Guest and officially launched the film.
Vaishnavi Chaitanya, Anand’s co-star from Baby, will play the female lead once again. The film is said to be a light-hearted entertainer, and regular shooting will begin in June.
It is being produced by Sithara Entertainments, Fortune Four Cinemas, and Srikara Studios. Several special guests, including Sivaji, director Venky Atluri and Kalyan Shankar, were present at the launch.
Music director Hesham Abdul Wahab, known for his soulful scores, will handle the music and background score. The film is yet to be titled officially.
